Our inventory changes daily. Please call Lowry’s directly at 724-228-1225 to check availability. If we do not have the product in stock, we can order the product specifically for you, pending on the Vendor’s availability.
Can you stretch boots?
We want to make sure your boot feels great. We understand that one size does not fit all and we are happy to stretch your boot purchased from Lowry’s Western Shop to fit perfectly. We DO NOT stretch boots that were not purchased at Lowry’s.
What is your return policy?
We offer store credit or merchandise exchange, with original receipt, within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds.
Do you shape hats?
We shape felt hats only. We do not shape straw hats, due to the nature of the straw.
